1. 💳 Cancellation Policy 💳
1.1. How does the cancellation policy work?
To confirm and secure your reservation, we require a debit/credit card.
No amount is charged or held in advance under any circumstances.
The policy states that in case of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 6 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge €20 per guest.
1.2. When does the cancellation policy apply?
This policy only applies on specific days and time slots.
If applicable, the booking engine will inform you and request your card details during the process.
1.3. How can I provide and validate my card details?
You’ll be able to enter your card details during the online booking process.
If you booked by phone or Google, you’ll receive an email with a link to enter your details. Please note this link is valid for 8 hours.

- Return to the browser/website to complete the process

For tables of 6 to 10 people, we only work with a group menu..

2.1. How can I book a group table?
Through the booking engine.
When booking, please select your desired menu and provide your card details to confirm and secure the reservation.
We remind you that no amount is charged or held in advance.
2.2. Can I change the chosen menu?
Yes, the menu selection is not final.
You can change it even at the restaurant. Just keep in mind that all guests at the table must choose the same menu.
3. 🥜 Allergies, intolerances & vegetarian/vegan options 🥜
3.1. Do you have an allergen menu?
Yes, we have an allergen menu available upon request.
3.2. Can dishes be modified if I have an allergy or intolerance?
We always try to accommodate the dietary restrictions of our Maleducats, although we cannot guarantee it will always be possible.
3.3. Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes. Although our menu changes seasonally, there are usually 2 or 3 vegetarian options.
Additionally, we try to adapt other dishes whenever possible (no guarantee).
3.4. Do you offer vegan options?
No. In some cases, we may be able to adapt certain dishes depending on availability, but we do not consider ourselves a vegan-friendly establishment.

4.1. Do you have a private room?
No.
4.2. Do you have a terrace?
Yes. We have a street-level outdoor terrace (no rooftop), fitted with a canopy to reduce noise impact and offer greater comfort.
4.3. Is the terrace heated or equipped with stoves?
No. We’re currently working on finding a joint solution with the City Council.

5.1. Is your space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, although not all tables are suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
5.2. Do you have high chairs or baby seats?
No.
5.3. Are pets and dogs allowed?
Only on the terrace.
